Studio 57 is a new nail bar and spa offering high-end manicures, pedicures and spa services in New York. The owners wanted a website that matched the experience inside the salon — warm, intimate, considered — not a template booking page that looked like every other nail salon online.
There was no existing site to redesign. Everything — the brand presence online, the visual language, the booking flow, the gallery — needed to be built from the ground up.
Spent time understanding the salon’s positioning — quiet luxury, neighbourhood feel, not flashy. Built a colour palette around warm cream, deep blush, and soft rust. Paired editorial serif typography with clean modern sans for service listings. The brand reads as confident without ever shouting.
Single-page structure: Hero · Services · Gallery · About · Booking · Contact. Everything one scroll away, mobile-first because most bookings happen on phones. Anchor navigation so the URL stays clean.
Translated the price list from spreadsheet to design. Grouped services by category, added clear pricing, listed durations. Each service has room for a short description so guests know exactly what they’re booking before they commit.
Integrated booking that doesn’t require the guest to leave the site. Clear calls-to-action across the page so the booking button is always within reach without being annoying.
Hand-coded HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No frameworks. Optimised images, mobile-perfect breakpoints, smooth scroll, custom cursor. Deployed live on Netlify. Easy for the salon to update as services change.
Live at studio57nailbarspa.netlify.app. A full custom site that the salon owns end-to-end — no template fees, no platform lock-in.
